At Be An Example, we believe that Volunteering is an opportunity to create lasting friendships with those you may not have otherwise met in your day-to-day grind. We love what we do! 

As a volunteer you can help us achieve our mission which is to ultimately promote healthy and positive youth development. We want to Be An Example to our youth by building self-esteem, promoting community service and social awareness, teaching youth how to positively deal with day to day challenges, and most importantly, allowing them to have fun! 

All Be An Example youth are Dallas City residents ages 8-18.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete our Volunteer training
• Submit to a background check
• Commit to at least 1 hour per month for a minimum of 1 year
